Walking into Reiki Works/Mythos Studio in Fort Erie for my very first Reiki session with Terri Marie, I honestly had no idea what to expect. With an open mind and no specific expectations, I was greeted warmly by Terri, who immediately made me feel at ease.

Terri started by asking me a couple of thoughtful questions: Did I prefer hands-on or hands-off during the session? And did I want music playing or prefer silence? These simple questions already indicated her sensitivity to creating a personalized and comfortable experience.

As the session began, Terri’s approach was methodical and gentle. She began laying her hands strategically from the top of my head down to my toes. It’s important to note that Reiki isn’t like a traditional massage; there’s no kneading or pressure. Instead, it’s a subtle yet profound experience of energy flowing through gentle touch.

What struck me immediately was the overwhelming sense of peace that washed over me. With each touch, I could feel tension melting away, replaced by a deep state of relaxation. At one point, I felt so tranquil that I could have easily drifted off into a deep sleep right there on the table. It was as if my body and mind were being reset and harmonized.

Terri’s skill and presence were palpable throughout the session. Her approach was both nurturing and respectful of my energy and space. The entire experience left me feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and surprisingly centered.

Reflecting on my first Reiki session with Terri Marie, I can wholeheartedly say it was an incredibly positive and transformative experience. Your card readings  for the most part are dead bang on!
Destinations may not be what I am thinking for example I was told I would go to Scotland thinking Great Britain but I did visit Scotland Ontario….
